What platforms does Starter cover?

Starter includes one primary ad platform of your choice - Meta Ads or Google Ads. Additional platforms upgrade to Growth.
Is the ad spend included?

No. Ad spend is billed by the ad platforms directly, on your own ad accounts. Mablens is the platform fee only.
Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel or pause your subscription any time from the workspace settings. Active campaigns can either continue on your own or be paused on cancellation.
Do you offer annual plans?

Not at the moment. Every tier is monthly, so you can move up, down, or off without a contract commitment.
What if my catalog is bigger than what Scale covers?

Scale is designed for full catalogs, including large ones. If you have unusual requirements - custom platforms, private-cloud data handling, or extremely large workspaces - contact sales.
